Description

When user open Fellowship page, should be an allert that user has no account for Collectives network

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add wallet without collectives account
  2. Open Fellowship page

Expected Behavior

Shows alert - "You have no account for Collectives network"

Actual Behavior

Empty state
