@lpirola rodei localmente e refiz alguns testes na minha mobi de testes.
Alguns pontos notados

O subdominio não pode ficar em branco
Algumas vezes o subdominio vai como undefined assim sendo criado um registro inválido

vivianedias assigned vivianedias and unassigned vivianedias
