Delete dns_records and dns_hosted_zones on aws but keep those data on database with an status deleted

@hudsama queremos manter o histórico dos domínios cadastrados pelas comunidades.

Seria interessante também trocar a biblioteca para uma que consiga integrar com outros serviços além da aws. https://github.com/fog/fog
