Calendar: Events data (improvement)

Hi gang,

I'd like to be able to add a events* data prop to the calendar component. Nothing fancy or complicated.
What I would like to be able todo is show an event counter (or dots, similar to iOs calendar). Which would be clickable and this would trigger some callback where I would be able to render my own events display component (example:https://mina-scheduler.vercel.app/) .

There is really no way currently to implement this without heavily modifying if I am not mistaken. I really don't want to build anything myself as the calendar itself then would not be similar to my date/datetime pickers.

By providing events to the calendar, or even something as simple as a counter, this would immediately cover my needs and I think it could be implemented without major changes and effort.

I mean how cool would it be to have something like this !
