LDAP/AD Auth not working in Netbox instance

Hello! I have a big problem for LDAP/AD auth configuration, If possible i would like someone who has more experience with this configuration in Netbox to help me. I have the LDAP debug activated to see the responses from the server when I am able to authenticate, but most of the time it turns out that the requests do not return the expected objects.

This is my configuration file :

When execute ldapsearch from netbox machine, the DN route return me a correct info, but Netbox can't find objects in LDAP server.

Does anyone have a currently valid configuration on LDAP/AD that they can provide me to take as an example? I have specific groups and I am trying several specific DN routes to see if you find the desired objects, but the debug actually tells me that it never finds the users within the Netbox group.
