Netbox not showing up in browser

hi, i have installed netbox in my organization. I followed the instructional video https://youtu.be/_y5JRiW_PLM and the documentation that the author used in the presented video. Unfortunately, after completing all the steps, the page does not display as it did to the author at the end of his recording. Ports 443 and 80 are not blocked. Please help me, I'm a beginner at this. Other than that I was able to do everything the author showed without any errors along the way.
