Draw multi-color circle border rounding a text, using Shapes API

Use the Shapes API (link for reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/xamarin-forms/user-interface/shapes/ ) to draw something similar to this:

(No need to use the exact same colours or the same amount of colours, let's just use 3 colours and make it parameterized: e.g. function could receive a list of percentages, for example: 50%,25%,25%.
