Video IDs instead of URLs

Please update the plugin to use video IDs instead of URLs, so that we can implement the GA tracking of playback. I would like a field for VideoID and a drop-down to select video host, with YouTube and Vimeo as options. Then if there is an ID, make sure a host is selected when they submit.

You'll then need to change the story template so it has correct display embed for both video hosts.

This will give us much more control over how the videos are used.

Also, can you add upgrade code so that when the new version of the plugin is activated then it updates the story metadata so that existing YouTube video URLs will be changed to IDs? That would be great since I don't have SQL access to the servers to do it that way.
