running at lower resolution

Hi Ruli,

Is it possible to run the CNV inference at a lower resolution (of say 1MB) instead of 225kb. The heatmaps generated at 225kb are too large. Also our WGS segments are around 1MB so it'd be easier to compare with the baseline DNAseq data. Is there any parameter in the code I can set to change the bin size?
