Updated instructions from Matt on 2024-10-24:
"I'm inclined to say lets start with DSWx-HLS for the 2021-2022 requests and DSWx-S1 for the December 2023 request and see if that data is sufficient. If the HLS captures the flood events they are looking for, then maybe we don't need the S1 data for those floods."

At the same time, Luca instructed the Ops team to start the RTC-S1 historical processing from October 2021 to January 2022, so that the DSWx-S1 dataset can be created after.

what is the location of the DSWx-HLS files? I heard they have completed.
