Also contacted the vendor on FaceBook regarding publishing the POC code & more details (he published this vuln in closed security group dc9723 on FaceBook which I am part of) but got no meaningful reply (just who asking? for what purpose? answered with this OSS project and got no reply)

this issue was also independent found internally by google, so maybe they publish info about it somewhere...
