Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The page takes a long time to load all the "Sealed Proposals".
In many ways, this information is no longer so relevant for a participant, as they are unable to influence these decisions any more.
So, it seems a shame to slow them down from being able to see the things that they can influence.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove "Sealed Proposals" all together - those votes have passed. Also, they are accessible by going to the DAO's page itself.
Describe alternatives you've considered
For the dashboard to only load "Active Proposals" by default, and then for there to be a button for a user to press to also load "Sealed Proposals" if they want to.
Additional context
The list of "Sealed Proposals" is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger, and this is going to mean that loading it is going to get slower and slower and slower :)
