Because some DAO's are heavy loaded and it would be very useful to vote out of your DApp without loading the whole Aragon DAO

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just use fast caching solutions for Aragon to load faster

Accepted. Overall goal is to make the page load in under 2sec.
