[pickers] Update date calendar styling

• Ensure alignment is consistent in all states (i.e. with week numbers)
• Ensure that the max width is 320px to avoid styling regressions (v6 users might still be expecting pickers to fit on smaller devices with 320px screen width)

Added both major version labels as this change can be omitted if we do not finalize on a design decision that works without making breaking changes. 👌

Have we clarified what exactly we want to update here? I think the Figma from the description is a bit outdated and probably needs to be revisited 🤔

Btw, this issue is possibly related to this page which I want to brush over and highlight things that are actually doable

As discussed in the grooming—we can treat this issue as "Implement MD3" if we notice a lack of time to squeeze it into v8. 👌
