This issue is to track the work for adding the List* component to @mui/material-next, moving forward with the Material you effort (#29345)

Thanks for taking this one @sai6855!

After we implement the Material 3 styles, it would be interesting to think about how we should share styles between the Menu and Select components; for example, see the MenuItem and Option components.
