To support auto-reloading (#138) let's load the add-on from the source directory so that we don't have to build an XPI each time we want to reload. We can do this by creating a file named after the add-on ID in the profile directory (a pseudo symlink) whose contents is the absolute path to source.

This would be a nice feature but only for Firefox 48. Anything newer than that can use the functionality added in #219

To be clear, the original description of this bug is no longer accurate because we have auto-reloading already.
