Preconditions

  • Have the latest Subscription Proxy (that points to FxA stage) installed;

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set your browser to a non-US region.(i.e using Windscribe)
  2. Sign in to activate your Subscription Proxy.
  3. Finalize sign in.
  4. Turn on your SP.

Verified this while using the latest SP version (v23 - from 22.06), on FxA stage, Firefox Nightly, Windows 10, with a mailinator account.
Results:

  • The “You are offline. Check your network connection and try again.” message is displayed at SP activation.
  • If clicking away from the dorhanger, the SP activates with success after few seconds.
