Bump Modrinth4J version

Could you bump the Modrinth4J version please?
intellij keeps warning me about the GHSA-w33c-445m-f8w7 vulnerability with the okio version that Modrinth4J uses, and it's annoying. It's not super critical as this plugin wouldn't be vulnerable to the issue (contacting trusted source, not using gzip), just annoying.
The latest Modrinth4J version (2.2.0) doesn't ship with a vulnerable version.

This wasn't really a feature request or a bug report, so I just used the blank template
