[Feature]: Export and import collections between databases

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to copy a collection from the "default" database to another database in the same Milvus instance.
I am unable to copy programatically. Collection is getting created in the new DB but data not getting inserted.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to see an Export option in the GUI so that I can export from one DB and import the collection in the other.

Describe an alternate solution.

A straight forward programmatic method is also fine.

you might be able to use it with the help of backup tool.
