Describe the bug
Hi Team,
In
Windows Server 2019 Datacenter OS, the application is crashed when the application is changed to "Unpackaged" type by using the Custom Control. You can also be able to replicate by using the below sample.Steps to reproduce the bug
CustomControl.zip

Expected behavior
It should be run properly in any packaged type.
