IMAGE LICENSE

Microsoft grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable, royalty-free license to 
use the Microsoft designs solely for your purposes of using the inking function as part of testing the 
sample application.  You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, offer for sale, 
sell, market, or promote the Microsoft designs. This copyright license in no way grants you a license to 
any of the Microsoft trademarks contained in the Microsoft designs. Microsoft retains all rights (including 
but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other design) in the Microsoft designs.

MICROSOFT PROVIDES THE MICROSOFT DESIGNS TO YOU AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND 
NONINFRINGEMENT.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MICROSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABLITY, WHETHER 
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MICROSOFT DESIGNS.
