One of the really useful features of another work item tracking tool is to Create a To-Do/Task from the work item's right-click menu. It would be great to see such a feature in TeamMate.

@erikpe-msft Can you please give some examples of what tasks / to-do landing spots would be interesting and a good fit? Is it something in ADO itself or are you thinking like Microsoft To-Do, Todoist, etc?

@supermem613 Selfishly, I'd love to see Microsoft To-Do. But I'm sure there are other (more?) popular task list solutions that would be interesting as well. Whether ADO directly supports integration with any of these services, I don't know.

The simplest flow is to right-click on a task or a PR and to create a to-do for that item, with its name and a link in the body. The scenario overlaps almost entirely with the existing flag for follow-up feature, I guess. I suppose that there are opportunities for better integration with the specific services--adding tags or steps or categories for the new to-do--but those don't feel essential.

The other work item tracking tool also tries to keep the status of the to-do in sync with the status of the work item. Not a feature that I use, but it's interesting.
