The new version seems to be required for multi-container configuration on EB.

Note: maybe we can support both configuration versions, toggled with a flag.

It seems like this could best be supported by adding a new transformer type specific to ElasticBeanstalk, but it could probably extend the ECS transformer and add EB-specific parameters to it
