How do I use this without command line?

It says on README to add the flag on QtCreator startup:

qtcreator -stylesheet=/path/to/stylesheet/darcula.css

I don't have QT on my path, I usually click on the icon (Windows). Is there a way to add this to QT without using as command line argument?

I don't use windows since 2010, so I don't remember how it works on windows, on linux you can add command line arguments in the desktop file, so probably on windows you can do the same
