[Self-Host] The Cloudflare protection on registry.npmjs.org is preventing proxy access. #942

Describe the Issue
Can programs like pnpm on registry.npmjs.org also be deployed? The internal network can only access the outside via a proxy, but it is blocked by Cloudflare.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Configure the environment or settings with '...'
  2. Run the command '...'
  3. Observe the error or unexpected output at '...'
  4. Log output/error message

Expected Behavior
