About the differences of elastic stiffness tensors reported in the legacy and new mp database for mp-149.

Today, I noticed that there are some differences in elastic stiffness tensors reported in the legacy and new mp database for mp-149, as shown below:

As you can see, the difference in C11 is relatively large in the above data. Why is there such a discrepancy?
