Question: Is it possible to use this without connecting the bridge to the Internet?

I'm looking into buying the pulse because its battery operated. But I have one question: Is it possible to use your integration / set up the bridge without connecting it to the internet or do i still have to use the app/create an account for the initial setup. Will it still work when i block the internet access on my router? I'm trying to keep my data as local as possible. Thanks in advance :)

My personal experience is that you can't go though the initial pulse-setup process without internet access (and IMHO a tibber login is required - which you might already have/need to make your purchase)... There might be the possibility to bind the pulse with it's bridge without such a internet connection - but you have to figure this out by yourself... [mainly "all" you need is to access the WebServer (IMHO ESP32 based) from the bridge]

After the setup of the bridge is completed - you can block any traffic from the bridge to the internet for sure - but there is IMHO not the need for that, since you simply can configure a local MQTT-Server (instead of the default one that is used by tibber)...

Thanks for the fast reply. Simply changing the MQTT-Server is a great solution. I somehow didn't notice that this was possible...
