Our self-hosted instance of Plane, with an active Plane Pro subscription, has repeatedly downgraded itself.
Over the last 24 hours we have found that our self-hosted instance with a pro licence has downgraded it self twice.
Attempting to re-upgrade presents us with the error message:
Unable to get the product id or price id. Please try again later
Rebooting the instance with sudo prime-cli restart appears to solve it temporarily.
