Move 'close' button under macro groups

Requested feature:

instead of having the 'close' button at the bottom of the page, move it to the top where its easily accessible. An example implementation could be move the "edit group" title to the right side and add the close button in the top left which could now be presented as "< Close" (changing to "< Macros" would make the most sense but close is the current terminology)

Solves the following problem:

when editing macro groups your often doing multiple at once an just changing the color or visibility, so scrolling down to the bottom when all your other relevent controlls is at the top; does not make for a friendly UI
