It seems like we need to change the image used for the codebuild, as standard:5.0 only support till php 8.0

this will be deleted from configuration,
going to use github actions build and sync release to codecommit

Is there a way to do this install manually, not passing by codepipeline ?

codecommit not an option anymore,
fall back to github -> codepipeline
