Please add a setting to disable in images only tabs this is useful for who use plugins like Viewhance and do not want process Viewhance CSS.

To disable disable in all URLs like:

https://github.com/example.jpg
https://github.com/example.webp
https://github.com/example.gif
https://github.com/example.png

an so on
