Bug when changing cell values #42

This morning I tried to change a single cell value of a raster map using serval plugin 3.10.5 version in QGIS 3.22.9 version.
When I try to change the value of a single cell, all cells around it also changes (8 cells around it also changed).
This issue doesn't appear on older version of QGIS like 2.18.28.
I also attach the tif file that I am using below.
Would be nice if this bug will be resolved with the next patch. Thanks.
