Port to the Processing toolbox

Have it as a processing toolbox:
1- Works on points for input (instead of single point)
2- Works on expression (in addition to single distance). The expression can be attribute table of the points

I think it is a good thing to port this to the processing as opposed to releasing it as a plugin as it goes hand in hand with the current selection tools available in the processing toolbox. I will wait for your feedback before I approve this plugin if you still feel the need for it to be a plugin

@NyakudyaA the processing toolbox is an added bounce but the plugin to work with user click is a must have feature which compliments the current search by radius. We might port it to the core in qgis 3 selection menu.
