Can't trace Mapinfo layer #6

It is not possible to trace a MapInfo layer. To reproduce the bug:

1- Add a Mapinfo polygon layer
2- Set the snapping option
3- Create a new shapefile (e.g. line)
4- Try to use autoTrace
