In order to work with strictly defined REST APIs (accepting only authorized query params), i think appending a unique query parameter to reloaded URLs should be optionnal (https://github.com/livereload/livereload-extensions/blob/master/Chrome/LiveReload/livereload.js#L788).

In fact, i've got HTTP 400 response codes from some REST APIs because of using an unknown query parameter (livereload=uniqid for instance).
