As a stopgap measure until a new actions-based UI can be ported over from LR3 branch and finished, we need to use the old UI to configure the new actions.

Remaining TODOs:

  • Get rid of Compiler dependencies in the option classes and their usage
  • Migrate old heuristics to run on project updates (+ start of monitoring)
  • Consult the options when picking a destination file name
