Uploading Video and audio via dialog box not possible

expected behavior: creating a video block, clicking on add document then upload document via wagtail
Behavior: I can choose the file, then it shows working, upload button turns gray for a minute, then it turns green again, and say upload. Files wasn't uploaded.
Important screensize:
device & browser: Chrome, Safari, firefox
Comment/Question:
Maybe a timeout? It is working if I am going to the Documents and load it up there

seems to be linked to this issue in wagtail wagtail/wagtail#4299

@hello-kathi have you checked with smaller file sizes?
Also as a work around we could just update the help text? but if it is a wagtail bug then fix in time for release probably won't happen.

@phillimorland I tried smaller sizes and different files. But we can upload through the documents and I would release and hopefully update/Debug it later, if that is fine?

@hello-kathi do you want an update in the helptext to inform editors they must upload large files via documents tab and not in the modal uploader?
