How can we change the SMS provider if we don't want or cannot use Twilio ?

@jeanfrancis You can use another provider by modifying twilio implementation.

Which provider do you want to use?

I wanted to use PLIVIO for the test https://www.plivo.com and then GTS-Infotel for the live http://gts-infotel.com
