Feature request

I propose implementing an AirTable document loader to enhance parity with the Python LangChain community package. This feature will allow users to seamlessly integrate and load AirTable data, aligning the capabilities of the JavaScript package with those available in the Python version.

This implementation would provide a consistent experience for developers using LangChain across different languages.

Motivation

The motivation for this proposal is to achieve feature parity between the JavaScript and Python LangChain community packages. Currently, the Python version offers an AirTable document loader that simplifies data integration and enhances user workflows. However, this capability is missing in the JavaScript package, creating a gap in functionality and consistency across the LangChain ecosystem.

@SkSirius I am using the AirTable Document Loader that you implemented and I discovered a small issue, I cannot set any additional parameter except for view.
I would like to be able to set the maximum total number of records that will be returned or to have a formula that returns certain rows.
