Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I know this can be easily done in-game by hacking the clothes you want in your inventory, but with the 1.3.0 update I got a glitch that won't let me buy/wear wet suits which you can't swim without, so I hacked a wet suit in using NHSE but whenever I press the item in the inventory it gives me the error "this item can't be used right now" and I've tried everything to fix it but it still happens after days and won't let me wear a wet suit, so since 1.3.0 came out I can't swim, which is the whole point of the update, and consequtively I can't get any of the new creatures for the museum or DIYs, so it would be very useful if I could edit what I'm wearing directly with NHSE to put a wet suit on myself.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an "Edit clothes" option in the "Edit player" drop down menu to edit the clothes the player is wearing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Putting clothes in inventory and then wearing them in-game, but again, I have glitch that I've tried to fix in every possible way but still won't let me wear wetsuits.
