Space restricted rooms do not get displayed in a space's room list

Bug Description

In the spaces tab when viewing a room list for a space: rooms set to "anyone in can find and join" are not visible, related to issue #153

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space in Element Web
2. Create a room in the space
3. Under Settings>Security and Privacy>Access select "Space Members"
4. In Fluffychat invite someone to this space
5. From the invitee's perspective the space will have no rooms

Expected Behavior

When inviting someone to the space, the room list should show the room set to "anyone in can find and join" and it should be visible when the invitee has joined the space
