Hi, FluffyChat is pretty rad, thanks for doing such good work!

I did find a small issue that makes it rather hard to use for me, though: when using Cursor Control (swiping the spacebar to move cursor around) on my Samsung phone, it only moves the cursor by one character or not at all. Given the size of my phone, not having this feature essentially means I need both hands to write.

Environment:

  • FluffyChat 1.1.0
  • Samsung Galaxy A32 4G, Android 11, One UI 3.1
  • Samsung Keyboard 5.3.50.2 (built-in)

Steps to reproduce:

  • Write a message in a chat using Samsung Keyboard
  • Swipe left or right on the space bar to move cursor around using the Cursor Control feature

Expected results:

  • The cursor follows the finger movement like in other apps.

Actual results:

  • The cursor moves only one character or not at all.

Frequency of occurrence:

  • Always. (It is inconsistent, though, whether the cursor moves a little or not at all. It never moves as it should, however.)
