Title bar should be automaticly hidden on linux mobile

At the moment the window title bar takes up a large portion of the screen and serves no purpose when the window is permanently maximized on phosh. I have previously investigated removing window decorations by editing ./linux/my_application.cc and while yes it worked it was no good because then they breaks desktop, need to find a way for it to auto hide on mobile but exist on desktop still.
