Unread message indicator for spaces

Description

At the moment, when there are unread notifications in a space, it's hard to know about it unless you click the space to check.

Oftentimes I have groups of chats in a space so that I can check them out when there's activity without needing to get notified.

Element currently works with this by showing an unread message indicator in the upper right corner of the space icon within the list. It would be nice to have something similar in FluffyChat.

To Reproduce

• Add some chats to a space
• Get a notification within the chat
• Currently there's no way to know about it unless you have the space open or have notifications on
