[cosmetic] Reduce gap between consecutive posts by the same user

Description

If the same user posts multiple times, the layout could omit the username on all but the last post in the bunch, and the gap between posts could be reduced, and maybe even the rounded corners squared off between them. I made a quick mockup in gimp:
