No TER release for 4.x

I just noticed that there are 4.x versions of this package available via Composer.

However, these versions are not available in the TER, is there a reason for this?

Hi @mbrodala,

Yes. There is a specific reason for me to avoid a TER release. Personal testing and currently having a problem finding time for solving issues.

As you probably see; there are some multi tree issues for redirects.

I will have my focus on this extension when I'm working more in TYPO3 version 9.
