Image Hash Tool unable to drag and drop

I'm having trouble using the image hash tool. For some reason, it's not allowing me to drag and drop the image I cropped from a screenshot.

Does the image file need to be a specific format, size, or some other feature for the drag and drop to work properly on the Image Hash Tool?

Never mind. I figured out the issue was related to running the program as administrator. Once I started it up normally instead of running it as administrator, the hash tool finally allowed me to drag and drop
