It should be removed, please remove also the behaviour that it comes back at start when arriving the end of the list

The empty line at the end doesn't seem to cause any issues other than mild insult to the sense of aesthetics. From that point of view it can be considered just another manifestation of the clumsiness of kiwix-desktop GUI under Windows.

I couldn't quickly find the reason behind this issue. Proposing to move it to 2.5.0.
