Create GH workflow for keycloak-web to update node.js version #538

This is similar to the task #528 , but for node.js release instead of keycloak-client.

The point is to have workflow in keycloak-web, which would increase the version of node.js in it's pom.xml (currently that version is not present yet).

The pre-requisite of this task is keycloak/keycloak#35539

I am not sure if we need support for blog as well? As node.js adapter is in maintenance mode with not any GH issues fixed for long time, so maybe not needed to deal with the automated blog? Maybe we can just do single release of node.js (like 26.0.8) after we refactor the other things and then just manually write the blog like with the note that "This is the last release, which was done together with keycloak server"
