Please enable Github pages in the settings so that the documentation can be published online.

It looks like it is enabled. "Your GitHub Pages site is currently being built from the gh-pages branch"

If it isn't working can you let me know what is going on?

Also, it might make sense to host it on readthedocs. There seems to be some use of it in this OCaml project: https://jbuilder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Sure but the good thing about Github pages it that the publishing is automated with topkg. Something similar must happen with readthedocs before I consider publishing the docs for my many packages there. For a start, odoc should be able to produce markdown files.

I can't. I have the same problem with another project. I notified @github about it but no news so far.
